During Mr. Leder’s tenure in the German military at Army Headquarters in Cologne, Germany he worked in health care administration of military hospitals cooperating with other first responder and emergency organizations. Mr. Leder was an associate at Doux Poultry, Inc. a German/French company in the poultry industry researching and advising in matters of quality management for the consumer goods industry, as well as environmental protection from agricultural emissions. He was a Management Consultant at the Prince Salm Winery, Germany, where he advised his Majesty Prince Salm-Salm in environmental policies for his bid of the office of Minister of Environmental Affairs in the election campaign in March’96. He helped implementing and in complying for the certification as an organic wine estate according to the “Naturland”guidelines.
