Jocelyn Bertin Radifera
Ambassador of Madagascar

Ambassador Radifera was appointed Ambassador of Madagascar to the United States in September 2007 after having served as Ambassador to Japan from 2004 to 2007. Prior to government service, the Ambassador was a financial and investment advisor; first for the Treasurer’s Vice President Office in Washington, DC and then for the World Bank in Tokyo, Japan. He has also served at the Banque Nationale de l’Océan Indien in Madgascar and the Banque Nationale de Paris in France. The Ambassador attended the School of Banking at the Banque Nationale de Paris, and received his Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Finance from Howard University.
