Rose Siri
Rose
Siri has more than 10yrs years experience in accounting in various
organizations. Born in Cameroon, West Africa and traveled to Nigeria to
obtain a BSC degree in Accountancy in the 90s from University of
Calabar, Cross River state because there was no English University
offering accountancy in Cameroon. While in school she was the first
foreign student to hold the position of Vice president of BUMSA
(Department of Business student association). She raised funds for the
department and also represented the department in many conferences.
After graduating, Rose came back to Cameroon and served as operations
manager in Atuh Optical supplies and at the same was assisting the
president of MINDEP an NGO association whose mission is to develop
local communities and also assist AIDS victims.
Rose later on moved to London where she lived and worked with a private
company in the accounting department before migrating to the US with my
family. Rose has an MBA in Accounting and currently about to complete
another Masters degree in Accounting and Information Technology. Rose
is a student member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants, (AICPA), and member of the National Black MBA Association,
INC (NBMBAA).
Rose speaks English, French and 5 other dialects and have traveled
extensively to other countries in Europe and Africa. Rose is married
with two children
