AFI Changemakers is a global movement of young people who passionately believe that their voices matter. We want to see a world where the youth are represented at all levels of decision making, a reflection of the fact that 50% of the world’s population are under 35.
An Ariel Foundation International (AFI) developed programme, we’ve been hosting summits at the United Nations to give young people the opportunity to make their voices heard. We are an organisation run by young people, for young people, and our unique viewpoint has been presented to the Right to Development Working Group, The Social Forum and the World Health Organisation in our official reports
As a global movement, we are about more than the United Nations. We want to empower young people to become advocates for the issues that matter to them, from their local communities to the world stage. It doesn’t matter where you live, as the youth of today are the first ever truly global community. Wherever you are, there’s a way for you to get involved. If you’re under thirty-five, then we want to hear from you. Your opinion matters, so click the links below to discover the many ways that you can get involved.
